Happy New Year!!!

I am excited that a new year has come.  It's exciting to think about all the new possibilities and to dream about where things will go in the coming months.  It's also a great time to think about how to learn from all the mistakes from the previous year too.  I am totally ready for my best year yet!!

I promise when I get back to Oslo tomorrow that I will post some of my holiday pictures, especially the snowy ones from my holiday here in Trondheim.  I have had a beautiful holiday and I realize more and more that I am so blessed.  Between all the good food, relaxing and endless hours of Sequence with Lise, I have managed to read 5 books:  

Anne of Green Gables - Lucy Maud Montgomery

Land of a thousand suns -Khaled Hosseini

Three cups of Tea - Greg Mortensen

Israel: beloved and hated - Ulf Ekman

Daughter of Destiny: Kathryn Kuhlman; biography by Jamie Buckingham

An interesting selection to be sure but definitely thought provoking to say the least.  Did anyone else read any good books during the holiday?  

As I am returning to Oslo tomorrow I am already thinking about the busy week ahead.  I am actually looking forward to get into a schedule again.  It will be nice to see everyone at the Jesus House and be creative in the kitchen once again.
